The juxtaposition of cross and machine-gun (or futuristic fire-arm, lol) brings to mind the interior artwork of Nine Inch Nail's YEAR ZERO (outstanding album, btw). Does the religious iconography announce the anthology's inclusion of a story as biting as the first volume's "Jesus Christ, Reanimator" ? :-)

AlvaroAlvaro Zinos-Amarohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12807685475596094127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11303103.post-47826090590752857982008-08-30T22:03:00.000-05:002008-08-30T22:03:00.000-05:00Yes, she did, and many more. The first two years of Pyr's existence, she did all design work (except for a few that credited Picacio as Illustration & Design). Now two other women also do some of the work, but Jackie has done a very significant percentage of Pyr covers.Lou Andershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00694362734492222851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11303103.post-71748596082098514212008-08-30T19:38:00.000-05:002008-08-30T19:38:00.000-05:00Beautiful work by John, as always!Didn't Jacquelin...Beautiful work by John, as always!

Didn't Jacqueline also do the design of the Killswitch series?ceshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02228169390182512752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11303103.post-20968344711239988272008-08-30T19:21:00.000-05:002008-08-30T19:21:00.000-05:00Batman beats Iron Man, my weeping eyeballs... ;PBatman beats Iron Man, my weeping eyeballs... ;PJeff Carlsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05750124388445987629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11303103.post-87645061791396861232008-08-30T14:36:00.000-05:002008-08-30T14:36:00.000-05:00Very glad you like it. Good job by both John and Jacqueline.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
